Short Biography
José Luis “Pepe” Ochoa Padilla is a Mexican Electronics Engineer. He was born in Morelia, Michoacán and raised in Xalapa, Veracruz. After studying the high school in Fortín, Veracruz (where he became an avid wheelskater), he enrolled at the Veracruz Institute of Technology. Later, he finished a Master's Degree at the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute in México City. He also stayed for a Ph. D. there, but he hasn't got the degree even after completing all the requirements (it's a mystery why…). He has mainly worked as a teacher at the National Polytechnic Institute. During his stay at México City, he played drums and bass frequently. He is currently living in Xalapa, Veracruz.
